Customer Charter:
- I will always let you know
when I will be able to reach your appointment, so if I get stuck in
traffic/ behind a herd of cows etc. I will ensure you know what is going
on.
- All my work will be fully
tested and guaranteed equal to or in excess of Building Regulations
and Water Regulation standards.
- Quotes, where required,
will be clear, and comprehensive and accurate.
- Any variations to the expected
work cost or timescale will be notified whenever they become apparent
(no surprises when the bill arrives).
- If other trades are required
to complete your job, I will endeavour to find a reliable, competent
tradesman from the local area.
